CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please get in touch via social media, text/telephone, email or via our contact form. Cancelling less than 72 hours before your appointment may incur charges. Missed and cancelled appointment charges are at the complete discretion of ES Sports Care and by confirming/booking appointments with ES Sports Care, you agree to these terms and conditions. ​

  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before appointment - full treatment cost due.

  • Cancellation less than 72 hours before appointment - half treatment cost due.

  • Cancellation more than 72 hours before the appointment - no charge
